Our Strategy

Our company is focused on developing community shopping centers within metropolitan markets where we currently operate or where we believe demand for additional retail exist. Our long-standing tenant relationships, creative marketing capabilities, capital sources and in-house construction and leasing staff allows us to capitalize on attractive development opportunities, including ground-up construction and the value-added redevelopment of existing centers.

  • Primarily focused on existing shopping centers that offer value-added redevelopment and expansion opportunities
  • Locations within the central United States that are part of top 40 MSAs
  • Land, existing sites or assemblages containing at least 10 acres for the purpose of developing neighborhood grocery to power/lifestyle centers
  • Collaborate with retailers, land owners, financial institutions, developers and other
    stakeholders to formulate innovative development opportunities
