Office ServicesRecords Coordinator
Manages the records department containing the corporate documents by maintaining both paper and electronic images. Evaluate current process and make recommendations and implementation to bring company up to date with electronic records system. Guide the development of records management awareness, education and training programs for the company.
DevelopmentVice President of Development/Redevelopment
Project Captain for shopping center, mixed-use or multi-use developments and redevelopments. Lead teams covering all aspects of development projects including sourcing, design, pre-development, development, and construction, to meet established proforma budgets, schedules and financial projections. Assists in sourcing development, re-development and acquisitions and assists with the due diligence process.
Work effectively with employees at all levels. Responsible for supervising project related activities for a number of full-time employees from several disciplines. Responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with anchor tenants, brokers, contractors and consultants.
