ConstructionPlanning and Design Specialist
Maintains the architectural drawings of the shopping centers for the company which includes the maintenance of the Architecture and Planning group and the equipment. Assists the project managers, tenant coordinators, Leasing Agents and administrative staff with their need for plans and revisions to plans and presentations as directed. Makes Changes to site and lease plans as requested.
Eastern PortfolioAdministrative Assistant – Eastern Portfolio
Administrative support for the eastern portfolio property managers and leasing agents. Liaison between managing director, leasing agents and property managers. Prepare monthly reports, routine correspondence, data entry, tracking and other clerical support activities involving leasing, tenant status, and tenant relations. Must be able to work with employees at all levels, tenants, potential tenants, and contractors.
Office ServicesRecords Coordinator
Manages the records department containing the corporate documents by maintaining both paper and electronic images. Evaluate current process and make recommendations and implementation to bring company up to date with electronic records system. Guide the development of records management awareness, education and training programs for the company.
DevelopmentVice President of Development/Redevelopment
Project Captain for shopping center, mixed-use or multi-use developments and redevelopments. Lead teams covering all aspects of development projects including sourcing, design, pre-development, development, and construction, to meet established proforma budgets, schedules and financial projections. Assists in sourcing development, re-development and acquisitions and assists with the due diligence process.
Work effectively with employees at all levels. Responsible for supervising project related activities for a number of full-time employees from several disciplines. Responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with anchor tenants, brokers, contractors and consultants.
